Finally got around to adding the decals to my first armoured pieces (Sherman and PzIII) so now these can join the figures can finally make their way up to the war gaming loft. Decided to paint another couple of infantry squads up before I try an actual game so hopefully next time these appear here they'll be in action!

Thanks Peter, I'm quite pleased with how they've come out. To start off with (while I'm still putting the two forces together) I'll be using Neil Thomas's quick play rules... With my own tweaks as even for me, they are slightly 'too' simple. Ultimately I'll be using the Bolt Action set which I've been reading up and viewing demo videos on for the past month or so. I'm hoping to play slightly bigger games than Bolt Action was possibly designed for but I really can't see any reason why the rules shouldn't work for larger games.
