Most people spend the Christmas Holidays enjoying the festivities. Good food, a few drinks, too much chocolate and naff TV... I'm no exception and have enjoyed a lovely Christmas with my Wife , however I couldn't resist using the time a little more constructively this year and spent most of Christmas week plaster boarding the 'gaming den' ...
As you can see, the plaster boarding stage is almost complete and another day should see this stage of the project done!
While most were nursing hangovers on New Years Day, I was at Wickes DIY restocking on plaster boards but I'm glad I made the effort. The room is really coming on now.
It looks a little different than when I started in November...
Jus a few pieces to pop in and the roof apex to finish and then on to the next stage. filling and sanding the board joints prior to painting.
Not long to go now!!!
Happy 2012 everyone and thanks for following my motley blog!
Really good progress Steve. Battle on it looks well worth it.
